Reciprocal Links? (kind of required, please read)
We feel in order to build a comprehensive directory it is very "adult webmasterish" to exclude quality sites just because they do not provide a reciprocal link.
Since a return link is very important to all of us we have developed a system that offers more support to sites that give us a reciprocal link.
